There's a lot of respect to be had for a band who is able incorporate a multitude of influences into their sound, thus appealing to a wide and varied audience. Sacrificial Slaughter fit that description to a T. Since their inception over a decade ago, the band has released a varied handful of full lengths, EPs and splits and been on tour with the likes of Vader, Master and Vital Remains to name a few. Generation of Terror packs one hell of a punch, making certain Sacrificial Slaughter continue to earn their keep in metal underground.

Generation of Terror is a six track EP that does a fine job of displaying Sacrificial Slaughter's raw and razor sharp brutality with five new tracks and an absolutely killer cover of the classic Carnivore song 'Race War'.  Those who've dug through the trenches with Sacrificial Slaughter all these years will certainly be pleased and new fans will most definitely enjoy it as well.

If thrashy brutal death metal is your thing, grab yourself a copy of this bad boy come May 12th from Horror Pain Gore Death Productions and be on the look out for Sacrificial Slaughter in your neighborhood! They are set to join Vader and Internal Bleeding on a U.S. tour that begins May 22nd and will be appearing at Las Vegas Deathfest.
