A perfect mixture of what band went through in Wildhoney and A Deeper Kind of Slumber. You can still hear the melodic sound of A Deeper Kind of Slumber, but it also has the "Metal" sound of Wildhoney. For me as a fan it's understandable that Tiamat records something like this after the last two albums. Tiamat is not some metal band that follows the same routine over and over again. They change, they grow, they invent and they improve their music.
