The NYHC OG's, Agnostic Front are back! Cocked, loaded and ready drop payloads of true fucking Hardcore on your heads in the way that only AF and bands like Madball and Cromags can do. Since '82', Agnostic Front has taken their sound, their message of street survival and their attitude of perseverance to the clubs and to the labels with an intangible sort of swagger that only comes from a place of genuineness. Their influence on both Hardcore and Crossover Metal scenes has been the stuff of legend. And the raucousness, the rowdiness and the lawlessness of it all has fueled countless sweat-soaked pit nights, moments of revelation and life rebounds. All rooted in old-school Punk vibes. For Agnostic Front, music is the religion. There's not been a note penned or a chord struck for any other purpose than to represent strength and loyalty.
2025! It's been a storied journey for Agnostic Front and they're prepared to open up the band's next chapter in NY scene-domination with their forthcoming LP, "Echoes In Eternity", scheduled for a November 7 release via Reigning Phoenix Music. All the greats came from this, whether it's West Coast with bands like Terror and First Blood or the East with Hatebreed and Trapped Under Ice: the grooves, the riffs, the gang vocals and the energy. Just oozing pride and exuding intimidation with tracks like "Matter of Life & Death" - a riff-dominated, dual-vocalized banger. And the following track, "Tears For Everyone" - a thrash-laden Suicidal-like ripper. Agnostic Front proving to be masters of not only blunt force but also of razor sharpness as each album cut unfolds to the pulse of both attributes. And yes, there are about 30 tracks on this thing; all about a couple minutes long, but spanning a myriad of styles, particularly in "Divided", as heavy melodic sequences ensue.
Sounds of the Underground, but not really underground at all! Agnostic Front are literal champions of their genre. Talk about a band who has earned their mainstream status. From the basements to the studios and the sentiment is and always will be the same: unity and Hardcore pride. There's a nice balance between the newer riff-driven style and the really old-school, Hardcore Punk stuff. "Turn Up The Volume" - another smooth riffer a la No Turning Back and "Art Of Silence" - a Dead Kennedys or The Exploited-styled, true Punk song. Everything that constitutes the genuine Agnostic Front experience… And the energy is fresh, it is pure and it is strong.
A cross-genre Juggernaut! Heroes of the Hardcore underground and tyrants of the movement's uppermost platforms. We've always rooted for 'em and they've always delivered. There's a place where class and heart come together and Agnostic Front are Masters of that domain. Anthems of survival, of liberation or just walking the streets pissed off! Their music is a sonic protest against the prisons of existence and a testament to pedigree, to perseverance! The Hardcore fucking way. Just another banger out of the true pioneers of Hardcore. Get the pits revved! Fists will be thrown along with all those awesome karate kicks! Two-Step! Blood and sweat… A pure and true yet stylistically unpredictable in the most delightful way album is "Echoes In Eternity". For victory or those can't win moments in life. Never settle for less!
