MB on Spotify - November summary

Greetings, fellow metalheads!
I guess I should probably have said "Seasonal Greetings!". I definitely feel very festive already and just had a thought that it's my last chance to write something here this year and it's been a bumpy ride, this 2025, so it's good to summarize it on a positive note. And we've had some proper bangers this year, many come-backs of well-established names as well as new bands or old bands coming up with some interesting ideas that caught my attention.
Anyways, we're almost in the middle of December, so we can have a look back at November's list of releases sure that 90% of interesting ones are on our profile. November gave us the next album from Pupil Slicer, Omnium Gatherum, Centinex, Bliss of Flesh, Astarte, Agnostic Front, Of Mice & Men, 1914, Massacre and Equilibrium, to just mention a few. Plenty of more sounds to accompany you on the upcoming shopping, either in your car or in your headphones if you want to drown out the noise outside. And give you that extra energy to haggle. The full list of full releases is here:
Now, the smaller, more suitable for top-up shopping or quick run to get some extra snacks, the EPs. November list of appropriate soundtrack for short excursions includes Chris Maragoth, Dawn of Ashes, ExitWounds, Friends of Hell, The Halo Effect, HumanKind, Lipoma, Neorhythm, Oceans, The Old Dead Tree, Osiah, Plague of the Fallen, Royal Hunt, Secret Chord, Sinizter, Slaughterday, Summoning Hellgates, Torch Us and Upiór. Enjoy!:
Now singles, the favourites, the kids who always get to hand out the presents. The best playlist to find things you didn't know you wanted to find. Like peeking at the stands next to the check-out at the store while you're standing in the queue. I know you maybe weren't planning on adding that to your listening queue, but how about checking out Mayhem, Evergrey, Death Angel, Katatonia, Caliban, Enthroned, Carrion Vael, Rob Zombie, Metal Church, Lamb of God, Blood Red Throne or Crown Magnetar? It will take only few minutes, just have a look, there's plenty more to choose from:
I've managed to find 3 complete splits released in November. So you can go halfsies for example with your partner, one of you can listen to Territory and the other one to Withdrawal. Or one can listen to Iron Void and the other to Orodruin. Or the third option - one of you can listen to Shores of Null, the other to Convocation and you can listen to "The Year Without Summer" together. And then compare notes. Have fun!:
Now something for people who can never get enough crowds, who even sitting alone at home after spending half a day in crowded shopping centers, like to listen to crowds on their speakers or headphones. The list with live performances includes 1349, Alkaloid, Bury Tomorrow, Dream Theater, Eradicator, Feuerschwanz, Norilsk, Nunslaughter, Persefone, Powerwolf, Primordial, A Thousand Sufferings and Trold. Now make some noise!:
And it wouldn't be a festive piece without mentioning leftovers. We know something tasted good and we want to enjoy the same flavor again. There's no better soundtrack to that than our list of re-releases. The good tried-out recipes which are even better after refreshing them a little came from Ancient Settlers, Cadaver, Celeste, Crematory, Dead Head, Hammer King, Hegony, The Hellacopters, Metal Church, Seasons in Black, Sigh and Sunrise. Some extra bites available here:
I've also managed to find one compilation released in November and it came from Tokyo Blade, a massive collection titled "Beware the Blade: Classic, Rare & Unreleased 1983 - 2025". Great material to either confirm why you like them or get to know them inside-out. It's available here:
And that's it for this year, I hope you have found some good sounds to keep you company on these playlists this year. Keep an eye on our profile as obviously there are new sounds from December on our playlists and I've already found quite a few which will definitely get their fair run on my headphones. In the meantime - thanks for reading this. Remember to support your favourite artists, let everyone know about your discoveries and always buy merch directly from the creators! Enjoy this holiday season and always remember to mosh responsibly.
Your fellow metalhead,
Maciek
